Role Description
We are looking for a Copywriter/Content Creator to help our Internal Communications & Employer Brand team on a freelance basis. It is a part-time job (by request). The candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling content that enhances company culture, strengthens employer brand perception, and engages employees through various internal communication channels.
- Develop high-quality, engaging, and on-brand copy for internal communications (Slack posts, newsletters, digests), employer branding campaigns, and company events.
- Work on video scripts, presentations, and other multimedia content for internal campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and tone of voice across all internal communication channels.
Qualifications
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills
- English proficiency is a must
- Ability to craft compelling storytelling content for internal audiences
- Understanding of employer branding and internal communications (nice to have)
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills are a plus
