Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Lawyer. Your main tasks will be:
- Government Inquiries and Regulatory Compliance
- Litigation and Court Actions
- General Legal Support
Qualifications
- Ability to conduct thorough legal research using various resources
- Skilled in analyzing statutes, regulations, case law, and legal precedents to support legal strategies
- Expertise in drafting various legal documents (Legal briefs, pleadings, and motions; Responses to government inquiries, subpoenas, and investigation letters; Contracts, compliance policies, and internal reports)
- Experience in preparing for and participating in court actions
- Risk Assessment and mitigation skills
- Negotiation and mediation skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Attention to detail
- Negotiation and persuasion
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Project management skills
