This role goes beyond simple content creation—you'll become the voice of influential business leaders, translating their expertise, insights, and vision into engaging LinkedIn posts, articles, and newsletters that build authority, drive engagement, and create meaningful business impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional writing experience (journalism, content marketing, copywriting, or ghostwriting)
• Proven experience writing for LinkedIn or managing executive social media presence
• Portfolio demonstrating thought leadership content and personal brand development
• Experience working with senior executives, founders, or C-suite leaders preferred
• Understanding of B2B marketing and executive communications
• Exceptional writing skills with ability to adapt voice and tone for different personalities
• Strong storytelling ability that makes complex topics engaging and accessible

Requirements

• Conduct discovery sessions with executives to understand their expertise, goals, and voice

• A/B test different content formats, hooks, and posting times
• Provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Conduct regular intake calls to gather insights, opinions, and stories
• Interview executives to extract unique perspectives and expertise
• Present content calendars and obtain approval on key pieces
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align personal and corporate brand
