Role Description

We are looking for a Content Strategist to manage all writing material we create for business purposes, including:

• Sales flows
• Online guides and articles
• Newsletters
• Social media posts

Content Strategist responsibilities include:

• Creating sales flows such as call scripts and email marketing campaigns
• Tracking website traffic and user engagement
• Generating new blog post topics
• Managing client-related projects
• Ensuring web content is on brand and adds value to existing and potential customers

Responsibilities include:

• Managing our editorial calendar to ensure timely publication
• Creating templates for our sales flows that include email outreach and cold-to-warm calls
• Identifying gaps in our content and recommending new topics
• Assisting in proposals, media kits, pitch decks, etc.
• Creating style guides to use as a reference
• Proofreading and editing written pieces before publication
• Conducting keyword and SEO research to understand customers’ needs
• Monitoring web traffic and engagement (e.g., conversions and bounce rates)
• Coordinating with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
• Following industry-related news and generating ideas around trending topics
• Reviewing and updating published content as needed

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, or similar role
• A portfolio of published articles
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems, like WordPress
• Basic understanding of HTML and web publishing
• Familiarity with SEO guidelines and keyword research tools (e.g., Moz and Google Keyword Planner)
• Experience using social media for business
• Solid writing and editing skills in English
• Time-management skills
• Ability to guide and motivate team members
• BSc in Marketing, Journalism, or relevant field

Requirements

Please submit your desired salary to be considered and your dedicated hours of availability per month. This is a contractual arrangement, followed by a part-full time position.
