Role Description

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced professionals with strong backgrounds in business, corporate communications, strategy writing, and high-quality professional content development. This role supports an exciting collaboration with a leading frontier AI research laboratory focused on improving business and corporate writing through high-quality training data built from realistic workplace communication tasks.

Selected professionals will write natural, high-quality prompts and responses across a range of professional writing formats commonly used in corporate environments, including:

• Strategy memos
• Stakeholder updates
• Proposals
• Performance reviews
• Polished emails
• And more

The goal is to help advanced AI systems produce business writing that is sharp, concise, well-structured, and aligned with real-world corporate communication standards.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in finance, consulting, retail, or a closely related corporate domain where clear written communication is central to the role
• A background involving consistent, high-volume writing such as strategy decks, client deliverables, internal communications, analyst reports, or similar materials
• Strong instincts for concise, polished business writing and the ability to distill complex information into clear documents
• Comfort moving across multiple corporate writing formats, from short updates to formal proposals
• Excellent attention to detail and a high personal standard for writing quality

Requirements

• Experience writing strategy memos, executive summaries, stakeholder communications, or client-facing business documents
• Familiarity with professional communication norms in corporate, consulting, finance, or related environments
• Ability to write in a way that is audience-aware, well-calibrated, and structurally strong
• Comfort handling both practical business communication tasks and explanatory content such as tutorials or domain guidance

Contract Details

• Independent contractor role
• Fully remote with flexible scheduling
• Hourly compensation of $75 per hour
• Expected commitment of approximately 15 hours per week
• All writing will be completed in English
• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project needs and performance
• Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise
• Work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution
