Role Description

We are looking for experienced language professionals to support an ongoing project focused on reviewing and refining Arabic (UAE) customer service content. This role involves improving machine-translated materials to ensure accuracy, natural language, and alignment with project guidelines.

• Review and refine machine-translated customer service content (help articles, UI strings, internal support documentation)
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, tone, and contextual appropriateness in Arabic (UAE)
• Maintain consistency across terminology, style, and meaning
• Apply feedback to support continuous quality improvement
• Complete tasks within a Translation Management System (TMS)
• Communicate with Project Managers as needed to clarify expectations

• This role involves intermittent work, with tasks assigned on an ad hoc basis throughout the year depending on client needs. Volumes and timing may vary.
• Hourly rate: $28.36

Qualifications

• Native proficiency in Arabic (UAE) and strong English skills
• Experience in translation, localization, or translation quality review
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently in an online environment
• Previous experience working in a TMS is a plus
• Successful completion of required assessments

• $28.36 - $28.36 an hour
