Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Wedding/Honeymoon Travel Planner to help clients organize the details of one of their most memorable trips. This remote role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable creating a smooth experience from the early planning stages through final preparations.

In this position, you'll assist with organizing accommodations, transportation, activities, reservations, and itinerary details based on each couple's preferences. Every wedding/honeymoon is different, so you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of destinations, styles, and requests while helping keep the planning process organized.

What You'll Do

• Help organize wedding/honeymoon plans based on each couple's preferences and needs
• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, activities, and experiences
• Keep reservation details, confirmations, and itinerary information organized
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide planning updates
• Assist with coordinating the different details involved in each wedding/honeymoon
• Follow up on outstanding items, changes, and important trip information
• Use online platforms and established systems to manage client requests
• Keep accurate records and make sure important details are not overlooked
• Help clients stay informed and organized as their departure date approaches

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with clients and providing helpful support
• Able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Comfortable using email, online tools, and computer-based systems
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Interest in weddings, hospitality, destinations, or planning is a plus
• Previous experience in the travel industry is not required — training is provided
• Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM
