Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, dependable customer support through phone, email, and messaging
• Assist clients as they browse and book travel options such as cruises, resorts, flights, and vacation packages
• Walk customers through itineraries, payments, and travel documents
• Research destinations, promotions, and travel choices that match each client's preferences
• Help resolve simple booking or account related questions
• Maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the planning process
• Use travel systems, booking tools, and customer service best practices
