Role Description

We're looking for organized, client-focused individuals to help research destinations, compare options, and coordinate important planning details. As a Remote Destination Specialist, you'll support clients by:

• Researching destinations and available options
• Gathering client preferences, dates, and priorities
• Comparing accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Assisting with reservations and confirmations
• Organizing destination and itinerary details
• Providing updates and following up on pending items
• Helping manage changes or special requests
• Maintaining accurate client records

Qualifications

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort researching and comparing options
• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Ability to manage multiple client requests
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
