Role Description

We're looking for organized, proactive individuals to help oversee travel-related coordination, client requests, reservations, and planning details in a remote environment. As a Travel Operations Manager, you'll help keep schedules, confirmations, client information, and trip details organized while making sure each request moves forward smoothly. Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Manage client requests and follow-up
• Coordinate reservations, schedules, and confirmations
• Track updates, changes, and pending items
• Organize accommodations, transportation, and activity details
• Research options based on client needs
• Maintain accurate client and planning records
• Assist with changes or special requests
• Help keep travel plans organized from start to finish

Qualifications

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Reliable follow-through
• Clear, professional communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfort working independently
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Resourceful problem-solving
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Experience in operations, customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
