Role Description

We're looking for organized, detail-focused individuals to help coordinate travel-related logistics, reservations, schedules, and client information in a remote environment. As a Remote Travel Logistics Associate, you'll help keep trip details accurate, track confirmations, organize timing, and assist with changes as plans develop. Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Coordinate reservation and confirmation details
• Organize transportation, accommodation, and activity information
• Track schedules, timing, and important updates
• Follow up on pending items
• Assist with changes or adjustments
• Maintain accurate client records
• Research options when needed
• Help keep planning details organized from start to finish

Qualifications

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Reliable follow-through
• Clear, professional communication
• Comfort managing multiple details
• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Adaptability when plans change
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Experience in customer service, logistics, scheduling, hospitality, reservations, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
