Role Description

We're looking for organized, solutions-focused individuals to help clients coordinate travel logistics, reservations, schedules, and important trip details from home. As a Work From Home Travel Logistics Advisor, you'll help keep plans accurate and organized by supporting transportation, accommodations, activities, confirmations, and itinerary timing throughout the planning process. Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

• Gather client dates, preferences, and planning details
• Coordinate reservations, schedules, and confirmations
• Organize transportation, accommodation, and activity information
• Track changes, deadlines, and pending items
• Provide client updates and follow-up
• Assist with adjustments or special requests
• Research options when needed
• Maintain accurate client and itinerary records

Qualifications

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication
• Reliable follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple moving pieces
• Comfort working independently
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Problem-solving skills
• Adaptability when plans change
• Experience in logistics, customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
