Role Description

We're looking for organized, client-focused individuals to help coordinate travel experiences, reservations, and important trip details in a remote environment. As a Remote Travel Experience Coordinator, you'll support clients with:

• Destination research
• Accommodations
• Transportation
• Activities
• Confirmations
• Itinerary details

Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organization skills
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort researching and comparing options
• Ability to manage multiple client requests
• Comfort working independently
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
