Role Description

We're looking for organized, detail-focused individuals to help clients keep travel plans, reservations, schedules, and itinerary details clear and accurate. As a Remote Travel Itinerary Coordinator, you'll help organize trip information, track confirmations, coordinate timing, and support updates as plans come together. Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Organize travel dates, schedules, and itinerary details
• Track reservation and confirmation information
• Coordinate accommodation, transportation, and activity details
• Update plans when changes are made
• Follow up on pending or missing information
• Provide clients with clear updates and next steps
• Maintain accurate client and trip records

Qualifications

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear written communication
• Reliable follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple moving pieces
• Comfort working independently
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Adaptability when plans change
• Experience in reservations, scheduling, hospitality, administration, customer service, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
