Role Description

We're running a paid study on the strategies organizations use to negotiate parcel shipping agreements. Carrier allocation and contract terms have a massive impact on supply chain efficiency, and we want to understand the decision-making process behind these choices. Your insights will help us map the current landscape of logistics partnerships.

You will join a remote video interview to walk us through your approach to managing shipping logistics. We will ask you to detail how your organization negotiates contracts and allocates package volume among various carriers. You will discuss the primary factors that influence your carrier selection, including:

• Pricing
• Reliability
• Service level agreements

The conversation will focus entirely on your professional methodology and past experiences managing these operational challenges.

Qualifications

• Logistics managers, supply chain directors, and procurement specialists who actively oversee shipping operations.
• Direct experience negotiating contracts with major parcel carriers.
• Experience managing outbound volume distribution.
• Background in e-commerce fulfillment, enterprise shipping, or global logistics is highly encouraged.

Requirements

• Active role in supply chain, logistics, or procurement management.
• Direct involvement in negotiating contracts with parcel shipping carriers.
• Familiarity with enterprise package volume allocation.
• Comfortable discussing operational strategies in a remote interview setting.
