[Hiring] Junior Architect - Supply Chain Systems @Weir

Role Description

What you’ll do

• System Design & Configuration: Design and configure Kinaxis solutions tailored to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with end-user requirements and specifications.
• Project Leadership & Collaboration: Lead enhancements, testing, upgrades, and support initiatives, working closely with business users, IT teams, and external partners to deliver seamless supply chain planning solutions.
• Daily Operations & Support: Manage day-to-day tasks received from internal customers, maintain system integrity, and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous system performance.
• Process Improvement & Documentation: Identify opportunities to improve processes, integrations, and data quality while maintaining comprehensive system and process documentation.
• Travel Requirements: Minimal travel expected; primarily remote collaboration with occasional visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) designing and configuring Kinaxis solutions within supply chain planning environments.
• Strong supply chain background with deep technical understanding of planning business solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to lead projects independently and work closely with business users to translate needs into system functionality.

Requirements

• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with SAP and S4 system integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Passion for systems thinking and pattern recognition to enhance supply chain processes.
