[Hiring] Head of Liquidity & Market Structure @Launch Legends

Role Description

We’re offering a unique opportunity to join Launch Legends (and Autheo) as a part-time Equity Cofounder. Founded in July 2021, Launch Legends is at the forefront of bridging Web3 blockchain technology with the next evolution of Web2 integration—bringing businesses on-chain through enterprise-grade solutions, DePIN innovations, and decentralized financial infrastructure.

Our flagship project, Autheo, is an AI-enabled Layer-0 Operating System with an integrated Layer-1 blockchain and complete decentralized infrastructure that includes:

• Decentralized compute
• Storage
• Identity
• Service marketplaces
• Full-stack development environment (DevHub)

Autheo is solving the critical challenges blocking business adoption of blockchain technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design the v1 maker program: obligations, rebates, uptime, pull rules, and how a desk is removed.
• Recruit the first quoting desks for the Autheo book.
• Write the inventory and rebate model.
• Set tick size, lot size, and minimum resting size with Trading Systems, per market.
• Own the listing gate for this book.
• Run listing auctions or a designated-maker process for new markets.
• Publish a daily liquidity report once the testnet book is up.
• Coordinate with VP of Exchanges.
• Brief Marketing only after a market has a maker.
• Inform the GM when a market should not open.

Requirements

• Has run a maker program, a designated-market-maker mandate, or a quoting desk on a live book.
• Can write an obligation a desk will sign: spread, size, uptime, and the penalty for pulling.
• Has negotiated with a market maker.
• Understands inventory.
• Can hold a listing.
• Will work under the GM, next to Trading Systems and Risk.

Nice to Have

• Quoted or covered perps on Hyperliquid, Lighter, dYdX, Injective, or a CEX derivatives book.
• Structured a maker program for a non-crypto underlying.
• Built a rebate and fee schedule that did not invert once volume arrived.
• Familiarity with Autheo’s external setup.
• Judgment on agent flow.

First 90-Day Deliverables

• Maker-program term sheet: obligations, rebates, uptime, pull rules, removal.
• Named desks approached for the v1 set.
• A written answer on who quotes the infra future, the RWA, and the agent market.
• Tick, lot, and minimum-size table, agreed with Trading Systems.
• Listing gate, agreed with the GM and Risk.
• Liquidity report format, ready before the testnet book takes outside flow.

Compensation & Growth Path

This is a part-time equity/token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain.
