Role Description

We provide reliable, professional dispatching support so you can focus on driving while our team handles the load search, broker communication, and day-to-day operational support.

We are a professional dispatching company looking for Dry Van Owner Operators and small carriers with their own active MC authority and active insurance.

Qualifications

• Active MC authority
• Active commercial insurance
• Your own Dry Van equipment
• Authority to legally transport the freight

Requirements

• Only 5% Dispatch Service Fee — calculated from the gross amount of each load we book for you
• Load Booking Through Your Own MC Authority — every load is booked under your company’s active authority
• Load Board Access & Load Search — we search available loads and negotiate with brokers on your behalf
• Professional Broker Communication — our dispatch team represents your company professionally when communicating with brokers
• 24/7 Operational Support — assistance whenever you need it
• Tracking Team Assistance — support with tracking, pickup check-ins, delivery updates, and communication with brokers
• Factoring Invoice Assistance — help preparing and organizing invoices/documents for your factoring company (if needed)
• Insurance Assistance — communication with your insurance agent when documentation or insurance updates are required (if needed)
• Consistent Communication — our team keeps you informed throughout the entire load process

Important Notes

• This is strictly a dispatching service.
• We do not operate as a carrier or broker for your loads.

• NO REASSIGNING LOADS TO OTHER CARRIERS
• NO USING ANOTHER MC AUTHORITY
