Role Description
The Director shows a high level of ownership for the business, is adept at translating strategy into restaurant operator execution, and has a proven ability to drive results through both direct and indirect teams. The Director can communicate and influence senior executives, and internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree required; MBA preferred.

10+ years of progressive sales or commercial experience within CPG, including direct experience in retail or field sales.

5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers.

Strong understanding of retail execution, distribution, and go-to-market strategy, with P&L and budget management experience.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver executive-level presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

Strong balance of analytical and executional skills; comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution.

Effective business planning and data-driven decision-making to maintain current business and win new distribution.

Ability to travel up to 50%.

Develop and execute the long-term commercial strategy for KHC within QSR aligning customer priorities with KHC strategic objectives.

Build trusted relationships with C-Suite customer stakeholders, positioning KHC as a preferred strategic partner.

Lead annual joint business planning, customer negotiations, assortment decisions, promotional planning, and pricing strategies.

Identify opportunities to expand distribution, improve product assortment, and accelerate category and market share growth.

Delivery of Financial Performance

Own delivery of annual sales, profit, market share, and customer-specific financial objectives.

Manage the customer P&L, ensuring disciplined investment decisions that maximize profitable growth.

Manage T&E and ensure responsible budget stewardship.

Analyze market trends, competitive activity, consumer insights, and financial performance to inform strategic business decisions.

Drive Cross-Functional Execution

Partner with Brand Marketing, Category Management, Customer Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Packaging, Legal, and Product Development to develop and execute customer growth initiatives.

Ensure flawless execution of launches, promotions, merchandising programs, and supply chain initiatives.
