Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Strategy Analyst to support corporate and business strategies, evaluate strategic initiatives, and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, financial analysis, structured problem solving, and executive communication skills. This individual is intellectually curious, highly organized, creative, eager to learn, and able to turn complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
As a Strategy Analyst, your work would focus on the following:

Work directly with the CEO and executive leadership team on strategic priorities, special projects, and day-to-day strategic activities.

Support the development and execution of corporate and business unit strategies.

Conduct market, competitive, customer, and industry research to identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends.

Evaluate strategic initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analysis and develop clear recommendations.

Develop business cases, financial models, investment analyses, sensitivity analyses, and scenario plans.

Analyze business performance, operational metrics, and financial results to support strategic recommendations and executive decision-making.

Help prioritize and track key strategic initiatives, executive action items, measurable outcomes, and follow-through.

Prepare for executive meetings, business reviews, customer engagements, and strategic discussions through focused research and analysis.

Develop executive presentations, Board of Directors materials, strategic review documents, executive summaries, recommendations, and briefing materials.

Translate complex analyses into concise, compelling, visually effective communications while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and consistency.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications

A bachelorβs degree and two-five (2β5) years of relevant business experience are required; an MBA is strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of business fundamentals and financial concepts, including income statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and structured-thinking skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Strong written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.

Ability to create executive-level presentations, business summaries, and clear recommendations.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, work through ambiguity, and maintain high attention to detail.

Professional maturity, sound judgment, discretion, and accountability when handling confidential and sensitive information.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.

Fluent in English, written and verbal.

Requirements

Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, finance, business analysis, or market research.

Experience developing business cases, financial models, executive presentations, or implementation roadmaps.

Experience participating in university consulting programs, case competitions, internships, or client-based business projects.

Knowledge of manufacturing, technology, industrial markets, or public company environments.

Strong business judgment, intellectual curiosity, creative thinking, initiative, and a desire to learn and grow.
Benefits

The typical hiring range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 annually.

Travel expenses associated with business needs will be covered in accordance with company policy.
