Role Description

The ServiceNow Developer (Sr. Associate) will serve as a hybrid ServiceNow developer and product owner, working closely with business stakeholders to understand business challenges, gather and prioritize requirements, manage the ServiceNow backlog, and deliver technical solutions aligned with business strategies. This hybrid role includes:

• Requirements gathering
• Backlog management
• Prioritization
• Hands-on development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Relevant ServiceNow Certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer).
• Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and workflows.
• Experience gathering business requirements and managing competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Automation Engine, and platform automation capabilities.
• Experience designing and supporting integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across geographically distributed teams.
• Up to 5% travel, as required.

Requirements

• Experience with HRSD, ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, or GRC.
• Knowledge of NowCreate and ServiceNow implementation best practices.
• Experience serving as a Product Owner, Solution Consultant.
• Knowledge of Virtual Agent, Now Assist/Otto and Performance Analytics.
• Experience with Generative AI, predictive analytics, and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft technologies, and other enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and release management practices.

Benefits

• The estimated base salary for this job is $100,000 - $135,000 USD.
• Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $112,000 - $159,300 USD.
• This job is eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
