Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, integrations, Financial Services Operations (FSO), workflow automation, and platform customization while following ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions using App Engine Studio and Studio.
• Develop and enhance Custom Applications based on business requirements.
• Implement and support Financial Services Operations (FSO) applications and workflows.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow using:
  • Business Rules
  • Script Includes
  • Client Scripts
  • UI Policies
  • UI Actions
  • ACLs
• Develop reusable server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript.
• Design and develop Flow Designer flows, custom Flow Actions, and workflow automations.
• Develop and consume REST APIs using:
  • Scripted REST APIs
  • REST Messages
  • API Explorer
• Build integrations with third-party applications using REST APIs and Integration Hub.
• Configure and maintain Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Data Sources for data migration and synchronization.
• Develop custom Service Portal widgets and enhance existing widgets using AngularJS and Bootstrap.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
• Prepare technical design documents and support deployment activities across environments.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong expertise in Financial Services Operations (FSO).
• Proficient in Flow Designer, business rules, script includes, custom widgets, and widgets.
• Experience with API Explorer, scripted REST APIs, and REST messages.
• Knowledge of Flow Actions, Import Set Transformer, and Data Sources.
• Familiarity with AngularJS and Bootstrap.

Requirements

• Ability to work remotely in IST Timezone (09:00 am to 08:00 pm).
• Duration: 3 Months.
