[Hiring] Senior Fullstack Developer @CodeRoad

Role Description

CodeRoad is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to lead the technical health, performance, and architectural evolution of enterprise web applications.

• Own the technical health, performance, and architectural evolution of enterprise web applications by engineering robust backends in C# / .NET (Core / 5+) and dynamic frontends in React.js.
• Design, build, and maintain high-throughput ASP.NET Web APIs and integration layers to automate complex enterprise workflows and client-facing digital experiences.
• Architect modular component libraries, responsive web layouts, and state-managed frontends using modern JavaScript paradigms (TypeScript, React Hooks, Context, Redux / Zustand).
• Manage data persistence, schema design, complex stored procedures, and query performance tuning within Microsoft SQL Server environments.
• Integrate automated unit/integration test suites into cloud-native CI/CD pipelines (Azure preferred, AWS, or GCP) using modern Git workflows.
• Proactively manage technical debt, drive constructive code reviews, author technical documentation, and mentor mid-level and junior engineers in nearshore agile teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional fullstack software engineering experience, with a proven track record of building and scaling web applications in high-velocity startup or nearshore environments.
• Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET 5+, ASP.NET Web API, React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend state management.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Microsoft SQL Server, including complex schema design, indexing strategies, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Deep understanding of Git, automated CI/CD deployment pipelines, and cloud-native environments (Azure preferred).
• Strong ownership mindset, exceptional analytical troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to navigate ambiguous codebases independently.
• Advanced English fluency (both written and spoken) is mandatory for seamless, real-time collaboration with U.S.-based engineering teams and client leadership.
