Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET, and modern software development practices. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud-ready solutions. This role involves collaboration with global teams and requires excellent communication skills in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using modern C# and .NET technologies
• Build scalable backend services, REST APIs, and distributed systems
• Participate in system architecture, technical design, and performance optimisation
• Develop microservices-based and cloud-ready applications
• Write secure, reliable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, and developers globally
• Utilise AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve productivity
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and support automated testing initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments

Qualifications

• Strong experience with C# and .NET 6/7/8
• RESTful API and backend service development
• OOP, SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture
• Entity Framework and ORM technologies
• Microservices Architecture
• Git-based version control
• Unit testing frameworks and automated testing
• CI/CD pipelines
• Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (Mandatory)

• Azure and/or AWS Cloud Platforms
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Front-end development using React, Angular, or modern JavaScript frameworks
• Message queues and event-driven architectures

Location & Work Model

Colombia-based candidates preferred. Remote engagement. Candidates from other LATAM countries or India with trilingual fluency and availability during LATAM business hours will also be considered.
