Role Description

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. Duties include:

• Develop and implement custom solutions and features
• Configure and customize existing ServiceNow modules and apps to meet specific business requirements
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, including JavaScript, GlideRecord, and other ServiceNow scripting languages
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues
• Document solutions, processes, and configurations
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and requirements
• Participate in design and implementation of new or improved processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes and solutions

May permit telecommuting. $118,581-$143,728/year.
