Role Description

Architect and build the future of our tech stack. You are not just fixing bugs; you are taking specific product concepts from the whiteboard to a live, functional MVP (Minimum Viable Product).

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and build no-code/low-code integrations to power AGH subsidiaries.
• Lead the deployment of specific platforms, ensuring they are live and user-ready.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to solve business bottlenecks through technology.
• Maintain and iterate on your MVP based on user feedback and performance data.

The Accelerator:

• Royalties. You retain a direct stake in the financial success of the platform you build and bring to market.

Qualifications

• Logic-driven thinker.
• Experience with (or willingness to learn) low-code tools (Zapier, Airtable, Bubble, Make, etc.).
• Advanced English.
• Willingness to commit to a project and sprint timeline.

The "Sprint" Commitment

• Short Sprint: 320 Hours (approx. 4 months, minimum 20 hours per week).
• Mid-Sprint: 480 Hours (approx. 4 months, minimum 30 hours per week).
• Long Sprint: 640 Hours (approx. 4 months, minimum 40 hours per week).
• Career Sprint: 960 Hours (approx. 6 months, minimum 40 hours per week).

Program Disclosure & Compensation Structure

This opportunity is a professional accelerator and project-based development program designed to provide high-impact, hands-on experience, direct mentorship, and significant portfolio-building opportunities. Please note that this is not a traditional salaried position. This program is structured as a performance-incentivized collaboration. While there is no base salary, participants are eligible to earn commissions, project-based bonuses, and royalties tied directly to the achievement of measurable KPIs and project milestones outlined for each specific role.
