Role Description

Berkley Technology Services is seeking a Power Apps / Power Platform Developer to support a modernization initiative focused on migrating legacy one-page applications into scalable, low-code solutions. This Developer will work closely with U.S.-based stakeholders to rapidly deliver business-focused applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Rebuild and modernize legacy one-page applications using Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven).
• Design and deliver lightweight, intuitive business applications with fast turnaround times.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate cloud flows to support application functionality and process automation.
• Integrate Power Apps solutions with data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, and APIs.
• Rapidly prototype solutions and iterate based on end-user feedback.
• Optimize applications for performance, usability, and scalability within a low-code environment.
• Participate in agile-style delivery with short development cycles and a focus on quick wins.
• Provide basic documentation and knowledge transfer for delivered applications.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven).
• Strong experience with Power Automate cloud flows.
• Experience integrating Power Apps with SharePoint, Dataverse, and/or SQL-based data sources.
• Ability to translate business requirements into working low-code applications.
• Experience working in fast-paced, iterative delivery environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with U.S.-based stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience modernizing or rebuilding legacy applications into low-code platforms.
• Exposure to Power BI for reporting or dashboards.
• Experience with Azure services or REST API integrations.
• Experience working in a nearshore or LATAM delivery model.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
