Role Description

Micro1 is seeking experienced full-stack engineers for an AI training project involving software development, technical problem-solving, debugging, system architecture, and code evaluation. Work includes creating, solving, reviewing, and validating challenging tasks across front-end and back-end systems.

• Developing and debugging application components
• Implementing features, services, APIs, and data models
• Tracing requests across applications, services, databases, and integrations
• Working in unfamiliar repositories
• Diagnosing complex failures
• Reviewing code and AI-generated solutions for correctness, performance, security, and maintainability

Qualifications

• Strong professional full-stack experience in production systems
• Hands-on front-end and back-end skills
• Experience with multiple programming languages
• Sound knowledge of browser applications, APIs, application state, databases, and integrations
• Strong debugging ability

Requirements

• Independent contractor, fully remote, approximately 15 hours per week with a flexible schedule
• Compensation of $50–$100/hour, output-based and paid per task that meets project specifications
• Minimum weekly task submissions apply
