Role Description
S L Raheja Hospital is seeking a passionate and skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic IT department as we continue to enhance our healthcare services through innovative technology solutions. As a Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and maintaining applications that support our hospital's operational and clinical functions. Your contributions will play a critical role in improving our patient care systems, streamlining workflow processes, and ultimately ensuring that we provide the highest quality of care.
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications for hospital management.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to gather and analyze user requirements.
- Implement and test application features based on user feedback.
- Ensure software applications are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices in software development.
- Document software specifications and user manuals for training purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with database management systems, preferably SQL or NoSQL.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks and technologies.
- Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
