Role Description

Our client is a fast-growing iGaming platform looking for a Senior PHP Developer with Laravel expertise. The ideal candidate has a strong background in gambling industry applications, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience building scalable, maintainable solutions.

Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel
Optimize application performance and scalability
Implement security best practices for gambling platforms
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
Deploy and maintain applications in Linux environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Implement caching strategies

Qualifications

8+ years of PHP development experience
Strong proficiency in Laravel
Extensive Linux environment experience
Proven background in the gambling/iGaming industry
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Experience with caching systems such as Redis

Requirements

PostgreSQL expertise
AWS cloud experience
Spanish language proficiency
Experience with high-traffic applications
Knowledge of microservices architecture
CI/CD pipeline implementation

Technical Stack

PHP 8.x and Laravel 8+
Linux server administration
Redis or similar caching systems
RESTful API development
Git version control
Database design and optimization
Automated testing
