Role Description
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our client's team and contribute to the scalability and efficiency of our high-performance platform. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in cloud environments, automation, and modern DevOps tools.

Infrastructure as Code:
- Design, build, and maintain AWS cloud environments using Terraform

Kubernetes & Containers:
- Deploy and manage containerized applications on AWS EKS with Helm

Kubernetes Autoscaling:
- Implement autoscaling strategies based on internal metrics

CI/CD Pipelines:
- Automate and optimize software delivery processes using Jenkins

Monitoring & Observability:
- Ensure system reliability with Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Filebeat

Secrets Management:
- Securely manage Kubernetes secrets using tools like External Secrets Operator

SSO & Identity Management:
- Implement authentication solutions using Keycloak or similar tools

Messaging & Streaming:
- Work with Kafka, Zookeeper, and AWS messaging services (SNS, SES)

Load Balancing & Performance:
- Optimize traffic distribution with AWS ALB and analyze request throughput using integrated metrics

Database Management:
- Manage database user permissions and demonstrate a basic understanding of SQL
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
- Strong expertise in AWS services, including EKS, RDS Aurora, ALB, ECR, SES, and SNS
- Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and containerization
- Proven experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred)
- Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Thanos
- Working knowledge of Kafka and Zookeeper is a plus
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages
- Passion for automation, scalability, and performance optimization
