Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our client's dynamic, data-driven team. This is a fantastic place to work, where you'll drive revenue, manage key customer relationships, and expand business in the iGaming industry.
- Maximize revenue from assigned customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Understand iGaming trends and consult clients accordingly.
- Track client feedback and share insights with the Product team.
- Represent the company at iGaming events and exhibitions.
- Regularly update the Head of Account Management on key metrics.
- Assist with strategic projects and initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in iGaming.
- B2B Account Management experience, with experience at a game provider preferred.
- Strong asset in Sales & Business Development.
- Deep understanding of iGaming trends and products.
- Fluent English required; Russian proficiency is a strong asset.
- Ability to handle Tier 1 customers and high-pressure situations.
- Strong strategic, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and solution-oriented.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Works well independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- A significant advantage if you have an existing client base.
