Role Description
We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to work with our dating products.
- Facebook Ads campaigns launch and optimization
- Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns
- Project & audience analytics via GA4, AppsFlyer, internal CRM and other tools
- Channels scaling without CPA growth, improve ROI and other key metrics
- Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts and creative
Qualifications
- More than 3 years of relevant professional experience of working with Facebook channels in digital B2C environment
- Extensive expertise in web and app promotion (with the main focus on web)
- Experience with international products (Tier-1/Asian markets will be huge advantage)
- Expertise in campaign optimization of by CPA, ROI
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and AppsFlyer
- English B2+
- Managing budgets from $100k+/monthly
