Role Description

This role places you at the heart of innovation, driving the development of Autheo, our cutting-edge blockchain ecosystem, which extends beyond a Layer-1 blockchain to include decentralized compute, storage, identity, and service marketplaces.

Drive the development and deployment of Autheo’s blockchain infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability.
Lead a team of developers, optimize decentralized technologies, and oversee dApp and smart contract deployment.
Execute key launch phases, including the Build on Autheo Program, Node Sale & Bug Bounty, Public Token Sale, Exchange Listings, and Platform Launch.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in blockchain, dApp, and smart contracts deployment.
Strong leadership with a track record of managing development teams.
Proficiency in smart contract best practices, security, cryptographic principles, and audits.
Expertise in performance and integration testing on blockchain networks.
Background in full-stack development for Web3 integrations.
Strong grasp of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and tech stack implementations.

Requirements

Experience with Cosmos SDK, EVM, Decentralized Cloud, and Decentralized Identity (DID).
Understanding of Web2 - Web3 Integration.
