[Hiring] Territory Manager @Flow Control Group

Role Description

• Work within established safety guidelines and ensure compliance with all company safety policies.
• Provide world-class customer service to internal and external customers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customer contacts and vendors.
• Meet and exceed sales, margin, forecast, and budget objectives.
• Prospect for and acquire new business opportunities with emphasis on accounts exceeding $5,000 annual volume.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts by identifying customer needs and delivering filtration solutions.
• Organize and prioritize activities to ensure effective territory coverage.
• Evaluate filtration applications and recommend value-optimized solutions.
• Complete a minimum of 15 face-to-face sales calls per week during prime selling hours.
• Perform prospecting phone calls and cold-calling activity.
• Maintain accurate records, opportunities, contacts, and value-added services documentation in Salesforce CRM.
• Participate in training programs and develop technical product expertise.
• Generate timely and accurate customer quotations.
• Support marketing, sales, and training initiatives.
• Manage implementation of new customer accounts and strategic account launches.
• Maintain monthly expense and mileage reports.
• Utilize reporting tools to manage pricing, margins, CRM compliance, and business development.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of outside sales experience required.
• Four-year college degree preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Filtration, industrial, manufacturing, MRO, or B2B sales experience preferred.
