[Hiring] Medical OEM Territory Manager @Danaher Corporation

Role Description

The OEM Territory Manager is responsible for growing and developing the OEM business in the Mid West territory. This position reports to the Medical Americas Sales Leader and is part of the USCAN Medical Commercial Organization and will be working remotely to cover their territory.

• Grow and develop the Medical OEM Business in the Sales Territory to achieve sales targets, price changes & order forecasts.
• Work with market leading medical organizations and start-ups to incorporate Pall filtration solutions into their products.
• Manage growth opportunities using the sales funnel and deploy continuous improvement tools to drive problem-solving and expedient business development.
• Identify, influence, and build relationships with key decision-makers to improve our position within the defined customer base.
• Maintain and continually develop product, market, and technical knowledge of existing and new OEM filtration applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, Graduate in STEM-related field preferred.
• 4 years of relevant experience in direct field sales, preferably within the medical, laboratory, research markets or other related experience.
• Proven account management and project planning skills.
• Works well independently and has strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and able to present complex ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact.

Requirements

• Previous work experience focused in the Medical industry is a plus.
• Expertise using Salesforce.com for sales funnel management, reporting and forecasting or similar CRM systems.

• Salary range for this role is $105,000 - $115,000.
