[Hiring] Technical Inside Sales Representative @RUSS HADICK & ASSOCIATES INC

Role Description

This full-time position owns the proactive outreach and conversion process that turns the newly visible service pipeline into Company’s Service agreements.

• Work the open appointment pipeline made visible through the new ERP reports (scheduled start-ups, preventive maintenance, unscheduled/open work, and aging backlog).
• Conduct proactive outreach to customers with upcoming or overdue preventive maintenance.
• Convert reactive or one-time service relationships into multi-year Service contracts.
• Use the activation playbook to prioritize accounts by equipment importance, age, service history, and current contract status.
• Deliver consistent talk tracks, proposals, and ROI/TCO messaging that positions Service Contracts as risk reduction and uptime protection rather than just maintenance.
• Track and report simple leading indicators: outreach volume, conversations held, proposals issued, and contracts closed.
• Participate in the weekly operating rhythm with Service and Sales leadership to review the pipeline and assign ownership.

Qualifications

• Strong inside sales or business development experience, preferably in B2B, industrial, power quality, or service-contract environments.
• Comfortable working in CRM/ERP systems and using data to prioritize and manage a pipeline.
• Computer-savvy with the ability to quickly learn internal tools and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to discuss technical service offerings in clear, customer-focused language.
• Organized, self-directed, and disciplined in follow-up and activity tracking.
• Experience selling or supporting service agreements, warranties, or recurring revenue offerings is a plus.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Technical aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems is required.
• College degree in business or related field is preferred.
• This is a remote position.
