[Hiring] Team Lead, Sales @Housecall Pro

Role Description

As the Team Lead, Sales with Housecall Pro, your passion is coaching and developing others. You have the ability to motivate and inspire your team members, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. You are looking to advance your leadership and communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You are responsible for learning HCP customers, as well as our product and sales philosophy. Your training will begin as an individual contributor for 3-6 months. You will then grow into a team lead for 3-6 months where you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership abilities. As a Team Lead, Sales, you will receive formal management training and exposure to Senior Leadership for ongoing coaching and development, with the goal of promotion to manager within 6-12 months.

What you do each day:

• Accomplish and exceed individual sales goals
• Work as an individual contributor on the sales team for 3-6 months to gain a deep understanding of the sales process and customer needs
• Lead a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members to help them achieve their goals
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
• Develop and improve sales processes and strategies to drive growth

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management or leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven success as a salesperson
• Familiarity with sales CRMs and processes
• Experience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency of work
