[Hiring] SVP, Commercial Sales @Midi Health

Role Description

At Midi Health, we’re building the leading virtual care clinic for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife health challenges—and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for an SVP of Commercial Sales to lead the next phase of that growth.

• Lead the commercial sales organization.
• Own payer and employer GTM strategy.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in payer and/or employer benefits sales, partnerships, or commercial leadership.
• Experience in high-growth healthcare, digital health, or value-based care.
• Experience building and scaling revenue organizations.
• Demonstrated track record of owning the number at meaningful scale.
• Deep experience selling into and partnering with health plans and/or large employers.
• Experience with Blues plans is strongly preferred.
• Experience building GTM organizations through both 0→1 and 1→100 stages.
• Combination of strategic range with operating discipline.
• Ability to build trust and influence with C-level stakeholders.
• Thrives in high-growth environments.
• Passionate about improving healthcare for women.

Requirements

• Ability to hire, coach, and scale leaders across various sales functions.
• Set targets, priorities, budgets, and growth sequencing.
• Define how Midi activates consultants, brokers, health plans, and strategic partners.
• Own the strategy for renewals, account growth, and net revenue retention.
• Establish forecasting, pipeline management, systems, and operating cadence.
• Translate performance, opportunities, and risks for the CCO and executive leadership.

The salary for this role is 260,000-340,000 annually. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for additional compensation, including equity and benefits.
