Role Description

We're hiring across our customer-facing technical organization — the team that sits at the intersection of engineering, sales, and customer success. This is a multi-disciplinary search covering pre-sales, solutions architecture, sales engineering, and technical account management.

Open Roles

• Senior Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales) — Own technical discovery, solution design, and demos for enterprise deals
• Sales Engineer (Enterprise) — Partner with AEs to drive technical wins and close revenue
• Customer Solutions Architect — Design and deliver post-sale implementations and architecture
• Technical Account Manager (TAM) – Enterprise — Own technical relationships, adoption, and expansion for key accounts

What You'll Do

• Partner with sales teams to drive enterprise deals from discovery through close
• Lead technical demos, proofs of concept (POCs), and solution workshops
• Translate customer business problems into technical solutions and value narratives
• Design architectures that scale and integrate with customer environments
• Build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders
• Own post-sale technical success, adoption, and expansion (TAM/Customer Architect roles)
• Act as the "voice of the customer" back to product and engineering

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical account management
• Strong technical background (cloud, SaaS, APIs, data, security, or infrastructure)
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and business audiences
• A consultative, value-based approach to customer conversations
• Comfort with quota-carrying or revenue-adjacent environments

Requirements

• We're open to candidates from:
• Enterprise SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or security vendors
• Customer-facing engineering, consulting, or professional services backgrounds
• Post-sales or support engineers ready to move into pre-sales
• Solutions architects looking to move into a revenue-generating seat
• Entry to mid-level candidates with strong technical chops and customer instincts — we'll train the sales side
