[Hiring] SMB Account Executive @ABC Financial Services

Role Description

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented SMB Account Executive to join our North American fitness industry sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hunter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and excels at generating new business through outbound prospecting. In this role, you will identify and pursue new opportunities, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and manage efficient sales cycles from initial outreach through close. Your efforts will be instrumental in driving business growth and consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings targets.

• Proactively identify and pursue new business through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, and social)
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with client needs
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings targets through disciplined prospecting, pipeline management, and effective sales execution
• Work with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding
• Manage a detailed sales pipeline in Salesforce with accurate forecasting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, preferably in a high-velocity, short sales-cycle environment
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales, including outbound lead generation
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of opportunities simultaneously
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve outbound prospecting, personalize outreach, and streamline internal workflows
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
