[Hiring] SLED SALES- ACCOUNT MANAGER @Saratoga Medical Center

Role Description

Saratoga Medical Center (DBA Saratoga Ascend) is currently looking for a Full-time SLED (State Local and Educational) Sales Account Manager. This position is Full-time, and a Remote position however must be available for 50% travel to sites and clients as needed.

We're hiring a SLED Account Executive to own and expand our healthcare-focused business across state, local, and education (SLED) markets nationwide. You'll take the lead on growing existing contracts while opening doors with new agencies and healthcare programs — acting as the bridge between our clients and the internal teams who deliver for them.

What You'll Own:

• Build and expand a national book of SLED business, with healthcare as your primary lane.
• Hunt new opportunities across state, local, education, healthcare, and adjacent commercial accounts.
• Grow revenue through healthcare and IT staffing, contact center solutions, and related professional services.
• Cultivate relationships with procurement leads, program managers, department heads, and other key decision-makers.
• Own the client relationship end-to-end — account reviews, issue resolution, and service coordination.
• Partner closely with recruiting, operations, contracts, and leadership to make sure delivery matches what was sold.
• Track solicitations, contract vehicles, agency priorities, and market shifts to stay ahead of the next opportunity.
• Contribute to proposal strategy, pricing conversations, and solutioning for new and existing pursuits.
• Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Keep a clean pulse on pipeline, account activity, and client feedback to inform growth planning.
• Take on additional responsibilities as the business evolves.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, business development, or client-facing sales — ideally touching staffing, contact center services, or healthcare professional services.
• A solid grasp of relationship management, pipeline development, and service delivery coordination.
• Comfort juggling multiple accounts and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence presenting, negotiating, and building trust with new contacts.
• Willingness to travel nationwide (50%+) to meet clients where they are.
