[Hiring] Sales Manager @Sybridge Technologies

Role Description

We are seeking experienced Sales professionals to join our team and support the growth of our plastic injection molding, tooling, and manufacturing businesses. We have multiple sales opportunities available at various levels, with responsibilities ranging from developing new business to managing and expanding existing customer relationships.

• Identify new opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
• Grow existing accounts and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
• Prospect, identify, and qualify potential customers and market opportunities.
• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts.
• Promote plastic injection molding, tooling, molds, components, and related manufacturing solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and work with internal teams to develop solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial information.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through customer award and program launch.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within established guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer information within CRM systems.
• Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and successful program execution.
• Meet established sales, revenue, and business-development objectives.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in Sales, account management, or business-development experience in plastic injection molding, tooling, plastics manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Understanding of injection molding, tooling, molds, and/or plastic manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to develop new business and/or grow existing customer accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate technical solutions.
• Results-oriented with strong business development and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the United States and Canada.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/sales systems.

• Compensation will vary by position and experience and may include base salary plus commission, commission-based compensation, or another sales incentive structure.
