Role Description

As a Senior Sales Closer, you will be responsible for:

• Taking booked discovery meetings with founders and CEOs, with six to ten new meetings a day.
• Running a consultative, multi-call process, advising founders on go-to-market strategies and transaction objectives.
• Adapting to various deals, preparing with specific industry knowledge, and screening deals honestly.
• Managing operations using Pipedrive CRM, Fathom-recorded calls, and a daily numbers tracker.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience closing B2B, multi-call, longer-cycle consultative deals.
• Experience in selling advisory, professional services, or complex B2B offers.
• A finance or capital-markets background is beneficial but not required.

Requirements

• Demonstrated hunger and drive to close deals.
• Competence in asking tailored, in-depth questions and adapting to feedback.
• Ability to speak with conviction and maintain professionalism on camera.

Benefits

• $3,000 base for the first month while ramping, then full commission.
• 15% commission on capital collected, increasing to 16.5% above $100,000 and 18% above $150,000.
• Milestone payments for engagements, with upfront payments of $25,000 to $35,000.
• On-track earnings of $160,000 to $220,000 per year.
• First deals expected by the end of month two, fully ramped by month three.
