[Hiring] Senior Regional Sales Manager @West Bend Insurance Company

Role Description

Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize business opportunities through independent insurance agencies within the assigned territory. Support, measure, and monitor internal and external sales efforts including short-term promotions, social media opportunities, rollovers, co-op, etc. Create specific goals for each agency that support and stimulate corporate profit and growth objectives.

This is a fully remote/work from home role where you will spend 50% of your time in the field, servicing the Detroit/Eastern MI territory. On occasion you may be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and corporate events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in the property/casualty insurance industry
• Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting processes, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Dynamics, SharePoint, and Power BI
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Insurance, or a related field
• CIC or CPCU designation required
• Valid insurance agent’s license
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
