Role Description
The Sr Manager, Regional Sales will lead a team of Diagnostic Hematology Specialists to exceed sales goals. This leader will be responsible for:

Making day-to-day decisions required to manage a sales function including deploying resources, allocating costs, and directing sales activities.

Developing and implementing area and territory sales plans.

Selecting, hiring, training, developing, and managing the Diagnostic Hematology Specialists within a defined geographic region.

Managing sales results, sales activities, and cross-functional initiatives in a defined geography.

Identifying key issues and committing to action after developing solutions that consider strategic objectives, resource constraints, and organizational values.

Frequent travel to work with the Diagnostics Hematology Specialists across multiple states.

Qualifications
-
A. / B.S. + 12 years of related experience such as relevant pharmaceutical, diagnostic, biotech, or medical device sales experience; preferably in the Hematology/Oncology space.

2+ years of sales management experience in Hematology/Oncology, and/or diagnostics.

Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional partners to access resources and maximize outcomes.

Excellent listening, time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively communicate the relevant application of our technology to a wide range of research specialties.

Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and skillfully bring together appropriate internal resources to meet specific customer needs.

Enjoys a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and can confidently operate with a great deal of self-sufficiency.

Experienced using Salesforce or similar CRM database to effectively manage territory business.
Requirements

Own and drive regular discussions with Regional Director to discuss/review strategy, collaboration, and coordination between academic and community account manager teams.
