Role Description
The Senior Regional Sales Manager is a key member of the sales leadership team, leads the Southwest Region and has a pivotal role responsible for driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

Minimum required education: Bachelor's Degree in a Life Sciences field.

5+ years sales leadership experience in a complex, dynamic, commercial environment operating across the Southwest Region in the Genomics or Synthetic Biology industry.

Demonstrated skills in leadership, strategic selling, negotiating, presentation, and financial/business acumen.

Experience building collaborative partnerships with functional support areas.

Strong leadership with ability to influence, inspire, and lead change.

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Proven ability to deal with difficult problems or issues.

Ability to operate within a matrix structure.

Prior experience working in a large/medium corporate environment or a diversified, complex organization.

Must have a valid driverβs license.
Requirements

Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the Southwest regions for customer meetings, internal business gatherings, seminars, and conferences.

Flexibility for stays, accounting for up to 50% of the time.

Occasional travel within North America may be expected.
Benefits

Salary range: $170k-$190k base.

Uncapped incentive target: $70k.
