[Hiring] Senior Account Manager, SEM @Monks

Role Description

Our Sr. Account Managers, Paid Search are responsible for driving KPI improvements and developing cutting-edge strategies tailored to client goals. Your core responsibilities in this role include:

• Strategy development, tactical execution, and management of client relationships.
• Building & optimizing Google and Bing search campaigns for a roster of B2B, lead generation, and/or ecommerce clients across various industries.
• Managing a mix of leading paid search efforts on small-spending clients and supporting paid search team members on medium to enterprise clients.
• Defining, monitoring, and analyzing trends in clients’ KPIs.
• Developing both short & long term paid search strategy based on client-specific goals.
• Actively testing and analyzing keywords, advertising copy, landing pages, campaign types, and positioning to drive results in line with client's goals.
• Communicating performance results and strategy recommendations to clients clearly & securing buy-in from decision-makers.
• Creating slides with good design & strong storytelling for clients.
• Creating quarterly business reviews & other client-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities.
• Delegating work to junior team members & providing clear direction & feedback when needed.
• Staying current on SEM industry trends and contributing to internal agency conversations around SEM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct paid search client management including paid search strategy development, execution & client relationship management.
• Passion for crunching numbers, analyzing data, and navigating Excel/Google sheet spreadsheets.
• High attention to detail and ability to execute with a high degree of accuracy.
• Performance Max experience is a must.
• Hands-on product feed management and shopping experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills both on calls and through written communication.

• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
