Role Description

This is a high-volume inbound role, and we want to be upfront about that. New leads come in all day from our Facebook ads. You call each one inside 5 minutes, qualify them, and book the right ones onto our closer's calendar. When the inbound flow slows, you work our lead list: no-shows, old leads and reactivations. 250 to 300 dials on a full day. In return, you get direct coaching from the founder every day, full transparency on your numbers, and a clear path into a closing role.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Call every new inbound lead within 5 minutes
• Run 15 to 20 minute qualifying calls with US contractors, 4 to 8 a day
• Follow up with unanswered leads at least 3 times within 24 hours
• Work the lead list when inbound slows: no-shows, old leads, reactivations
• Pre-qualify and confirm every appointment before it reaches the closer's calendar
• Log every interaction in the CRM and report your numbers daily
• Join the daily huddle and call reviews, and apply the feedback on the next call

How Success Is Measured

• Speed to lead: under 5 minutes
• Booking rate: 40%+ of the leads you work
• Show rate: 60%+, every call confirmed the night before
• Week-over-week improvement

Qualifications

• 1+ year on the phone
• Discipline and a real desire to get better every week
• Comfortable on the phone all day and can hold a 15 minute call without a script
• Handle "I've been burned by a marketing company before" with questions, not pressure
• Only book a call when you believe we can help
• Treat your pipeline like your own business and track your own numbers
• Want structure, coaching, and clear targets
• Speak and write exceptional English

Requirements

• Schedule: 8am to 6pm Eastern
• Location: Remote, South Africa, paid in USD
• CRM: GoHighLevel, full training provided

Package & Remuneration

• Base: $2,000 USD a month, paid twice a month
• $20 USD per qualified show
• $50 USD per close, or 5% of the cash collected, whichever is more
• OTE: $3,500 to $4,000 USD a month, uncapped
• About R58,000 to R66,000 a month, paid in USD
