[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @Titans Media Group

Role Description

We're looking for a hungry, coachable appointment setter who wants to get exceptionally good at sales and get paid for performance.

• Our ads generate 100 to 200 inbound leads per month from US contractors who have requested information about our services and already know the price.
• You'll work with inbound leads, follow up with prospects, book qualified appointments, and have opportunities to close deals yourself.
• Top setters earn $4,000+ USD per month. There's no commission cap.

Duties & Responsibilities

• You own your numbers:
• Speed to lead: under 5 minutes
• Booking rate: 40%+
• Show rate: 60%+
• Dials: 250 to 300 a day
• You'll spend most of your working day on the phone and follow up consistently.
• We care about results, coachability, and accountability. You get the training and tools; you own your performance.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of phone-based sales experience
• Have native-level English with little or no accent
• Are persistent, composed, and comfortable hearing "no"
• Take coaching seriously and actively work to improve
• Want your earnings to grow with your performance
• This isn't a low-pressure remote job. It's for someone who wants to become exceptional at sales and build a career around it.

• Hours: 8am to 6pm Eastern Time
• Location: Remote, South Africa

Package & Remuneration

• $2,000 USD a month base (about R33,000), paid on the 5th and 20th
• $20 USD per qualified show
• $50 USD per closed deal or 5% of cash collected, whichever is more
• 10% commission on deals from leads you generate yourself
• $250 USD bonus for every additional $15,000 USD in monthly closed revenue
• All compensation terms are provided in writing before your first day.
